Thy Lost Chair

Went to ikea to have dinner aft a long day @ work especially the last thing tat ended my day of work is a dispute. Yawnz...

Ikea's restaurant is up and running again. Went to buy food as usual and left our bag on the table. When we come back instead of the original 3 chair we had, it becomes 2 chair + 1 baby high chair. It just piss me off why on earth are there those kind of stupid pple. Zzz. the next whole week i am on "a" shift which means i work 8 am, these days i just dread not to work @ 8am cos i cant wake up. Wondering if its becos lack of exercise or become i become sian liao cos i work almost everyday.
Ah Zech is arriving in 3 months time, time flies so fast. Thomas had name his baby too, too bad i cant rem what he had told me. I just got problem remembering pple's name, haiz..

have to have enuff sleep today to fight against the blue monster on monday.

yet another week

yup yup another week had past~~~ in a fly.

everyday seems to be the same for me. ops.. guess a lot of pple have some sort of same routine everyday yeah... haha dun mean to say tat.

bought a k800 for ah ma, havent give her yet. bought it from a friend from my office but the ringtone seems a bit soft than mine, dunno ah ma can hear a not.

anyway next month got a lot of things to do.
whole month very busy, cos a lot of OT for sure cos of EURO2008.

becca and luke maybe going out of town, guess is a good time also to do some more house cleaning. hope the stupid HDB upgrading project doesn't clash with their trip or else i dunno how to split myself btw work and home sia... haha.

my work had been the same just that i get involve in a bit more things which is good for me. more experience taken. had 1 mistake recently. is my 3rd consider a bit serious mistake since i start work 2 1/2 year ago, anyway is good, treat it as a lesson learned, must treat it positively so to speak. sometime i was just wondering should i change a new working environment? haha anyway i know a lot of good friend from my department, a lot of good and bad pple too. some are like brothers. maybe give myself another 2 1/2 and see how ba. right now work is progressing, pay also progressing haha ya increase by around 30% thru-out these 2 years. not sure of the market rate. but to me a bit is better than none. guess some company don't even have pay increment even aft 5 year for their employer. My cousin is an example, work for around 4-6 years liao, only until the day he wanna jump ship (tiao chao) then the boss wanna increase his pay. My cousin just don't see the point to continue to work for his boss.. haha serve the stupid boss right. guess this is why the boss shop nvr expand cos he dunno how to do business ma. treat yr employer like treat customer. to maintain customer loyalty is much difficult then getting new sales. but once u got customer loyalty, they will come back by themself and even help u advertise thru word of mouth.

phew... tierd liao.. guess stop here today. bored of facebook also. msn normally also no one to chat. guess i gonna get some sleep and wait for dear dear to come back and watch xing kuang da dao part 3 top 10 finalist.

Its a sunday and i am in office answering my 5000+ call... hm... think correct ba.. lets do some calculation.

1 day 85 call
1 year-365 days - 21 days reservist - 14 days of leave - 2 day of childcare leave - average 3 mc = 325 days

325 days x 85 = 27625
3 years x 27625 = 82875

OMG, nearly 100k calls. This is terrible. I have been talking so much!
imagine 1 call take 2 min, 82875 x 2 min = 2762.5 hours of talking!
okok i know i am naggy... cos i am really bored working on sunday.

The 7th day is a rest day for us... :(, luckily until 2pm ok... heehee
Anyway recently 1 of my army friend found out i am a Christian and was so surprise, hmph... whats tat suppose to mean? haha. Then he began sharing with me his experience. He was going to this church with his friend then he found out there are a lot of strong believers and of cos fake believers as well. He was rather disappointed and left. I totally understand how he feel, when i am still puzzle and new to know GOD. I see a lot of strong believer whom will talk a lot of story blablabla wanting you to believe this GOD, which i don't like (i know i shouldnt be saying this, but come on, in this world some people see to believe while some hear to believe). Anyway the 2nd type are those face ones whom say this say that until very good very steady then turn their back do another thing. I was then telling my friend why i believe, cos something happen to me a few years back, why i stop going church, cos something happened. Sometime i really wonder, Christian will tell non-Christian dun believe in those status(wrong spelling?) and they got so many different "shen" blablabla" but how come Christian got catholics, presbyterian, methodist blablabla, so contradicting right? hmph.. anyway not for me or anyone to judge. Wanna start going to church, waiting for fated people to bring me in, someone who do what he say and say what he do.

Anyway enuff of those cos dun think any1 can give a good ans for that. Now i gonna get a new PC and start doing 2 x commercial web, 1 x personal web, 1 for interior design, 1 x health product and then 1 for my photography and web-design work. Gonna take more photo with my nikon p80, is a very good catch lor. Catergorise under compact digital camera but with DSLR features lei.. ehehehe...

Fine Dining~~

have a nice dining on my birthday.. but also a shack one la.

the previous night baoguang and thomas come down to henderson, we drink until 4am.. then morning 10.45am got medical appt LOL.

anyway going back to the dinner. Had it @ esplanade, Al Dente. A italian restaurant. Just had a soup, A main course and drinks. The main is good, i had steak. Dunno what steak la, but i order well done and it come very good, soft and tender.

Overall can say good, but i wanan try better. actuallt wanna go to keppel marina just off harbourfront but they are close on monday.

Busy Busy Busy

Got my Nikon p80 few days back...

very good camera for a noob photographer like me. video recording output was good and luke was fascinated by it when he saw himself on TV. hheee beside old school maths test book and dragonball comic and of cos the two books i am reading now by Dale Carnegie, now the only book that will keep me reading it P80 user manual haha.. well i am not a born reader after all so especially books which i am really interested then will keep me going or else it might take me months to finish reading.

already got my b-day gift from dear dear and luke liao... hm.. and also apply leave on my b-day liao. now thinking of how to celebrate... heheee, kinda bored thou.... my 26th birthday... feel damn old liao... dunno why i felt tat way... maybe cos never exercise recently. maybe i should buy a new bowling ball and start rolling some fats off my tummy...

been reading dale carnegie's "how to stop worrying and start living", each day i discover something new. something we already knew deep in our heart but choose to hide it somewhere else. To cut it short, if i dun rem wrongly... it goes like this... bend like the willow, don't resist like the oak. basically referring to ... er... lets say if is snowing... the oak resisting the weight of the snow stack on top of it will eventually break and fell to the ground but like the willow, it will bend and allow the snow to fall off it. This is to teach us.... if we face any dispute or quarrel or unhappy things... learn to let go of it.. rather then thinking of revenge or baring grudges. When eventually the only one suffering and we, ourself.

Another discovery i make it...is... for unhappy things or rather sad things we had encounter... one of the way not to worrying or keep thinking about it is to keep yourself busy.... does it happen to u before?? try to pick up extra lesson... put all your time in yr work... once mentally and physically u are fully occupy, and the very moment u reached home is to tuck yrself to bed as u r already been fully stretch from the days work, u won't have time to worry or feel sad.

All these reading every morning when i am on the way to work makes me feel afresh when i started working. Probably my mind is already wide awake from the reading...

I had also bought 2 birthday gift 1 for thomas and 1 for waikeen. why? er... cos their b-day same as mine ma...alright at least close to mine. gonna keep it a secret till monday lor... tml going to buy wrapper...for the gift. i seldom buy gift for pple... somehow it feel good to be santas claus sometime yeah. Since i had already bought a $600 dollar camera for myself and a shirt from dear, i dun expect anymore gift liao (as usual) haha kinda sad... it always feels good to get a lot of gift from b-day, but that er... never happen for me before for as far as i can rem, so b-day isn't really a day i would like to celebrate.

anyway.... i gonna play a little with my p80 before i go to bed.. gonna master the macro function it has... as i already or sort of know what shutter speed and aperture will affect in office just now.

will be resting my ear and mouth tml!!!!
