bad day @ work today

I happen to bring along another of dale carnegie's best seller book "how to stop worrying and start living" and the only few chapters i manage to run thru during my bus ride is criticism...

I always like the way dale try to associate some famous pple with his theory as i am not really a very text person, so going thru the way he phrase certain thingy like a story telling just interest me. Let me grab my book now and quote a phrase Schopenhauer-" V ulgar pple take huge delight in the faults and follies of great men."

And guess what this happen to me today.

Ring ring as usual, my call come in... nope is not the cust's whom hit me in the heart. Read on....
After the call the t/shting the previous ccc had done is wrong... totally wrong... ok.... i am going to name each pple in this happening from some1 to 10.

This particular some1 did a wrong t/shting, i told some2.
some 2 told some3-10 saying he had trace the call and inform them of the mistake some1 had done.

some3 inform some2 he will educate some1.
a while later i recieve a email from some10, apparently the email is meant for some3
saying "fyi only, (my name) is a lan jiao lang, next time got his rubbish, pass it to me"

at the same he had already work over my desk, but i was engage on the line with another cust.
immed he went back to his desk and send another email to apologies to me.

i didnt really know how to answer him.
i reply: "its ok with me, i had always tell some2 and some9 to tell me off whenever i had done a mistake. so i am fine with it." (i like to learn thru mistake, cos without mistake we will never grow)
adding on : "but it was never meant to be a complain for this matter, i just wish to highlight to my superior,some2"

i will leave the rest to history...
fate or life is so strange i was laughing to myself when i received some10's email.


should i not highlight, tat some1 might do the same mistake again.\
should i highlight some10 called me a lan jiao lang....

been long since my last post...

just had a veri good rest...
been to cruise actually... never been to one before thou.
overall not a bad trip except that nothing much we could buy onboard

only eat eat and bet bet....
3 days are just fine.... if is for a week or so... probably my i will deposit all my savings to the unique savings bank in the casino... haha

gonna get a house.... soon... but my queue is always so far away.... guess god will have a better plan for me yeah.... TOTO tml... hehe
